Bricksworth Terms of Service
Effective 26 August 2026 · applies to the Bricksworth mobile app
1. Who we are
Bricksworth is built and operated by Dayroz Technologies, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Bricksworth app, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- Bricksworth requires an account so your build records sync and survive a lost device.
- You must provide a valid email address; one account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
3. Your records are yours
Everything you enter — projects, expenses, budgets, vendor ledgers, progress, photos — belongs to you. We store it only to provide the service and claim no ownership over it. You can export it at any time, and deleting your account removes it permanently (see the Privacy Policy).
4. A record-keeping tool, not financial or professional advice
Bricksworth totals, budget forecasts, bill-of-quantity figures, contractor balances and progress estimates are arithmetic over the numbers you enter. They are provided as-is for your own record-keeping and are not construction, engineering, accounting, tax or legal advice. Always settle payments against your own contracts, invoices and receipts. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on figures shown in the app.
5. Backups
We keep server-side backups as part of normal operation, but no service is immune to data loss. For anything you cannot afford to lose, use the PDF/CSV export in the app and keep your own copy.
6. Fair use
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its API.
- Don't upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to upload.
- Don't use Bricksworth for anything unlawful.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. No ads
Bricksworth shows no advertising of any kind. If paid plans are introduced later, existing terms and pricing will be communicated before any change takes effect.
8. Availability & changes
We work hard to keep Bricksworth up, but the service is provided without uptime guarantees and features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayroz Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
