1. Who we are
This website is operated by Dayroz Technologies, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. They cover this website and dealing with us as a company — our apps and products are governed by their own terms, published with the product.
2. Using this website
- Read it, share it, link to it — that's what it's for.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful.
3. Content & intellectual property
The Dayroz name, logo, site copy, designs and code are ours or our licensors'. Client names, logos and screenshots shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and are used to describe work we did. Don't reuse any of it as your own.
4. Information on this site
Descriptions of services, products and past work are provided for information and can change. Nothing here is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice.
5. Client engagements
Any work we do for you is governed by the proposal, contract or statement of work we both sign — including scope, price, timeline, IP ownership and confidentiality. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
6. Availability
The site is provided "as is" and without uptime guarantees. Pages, products and links may change or be removed. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayroz Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, and gives no warranties of any kind.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
