Privacy Policy
Effective 31 August 2026 · Dayroz Technologies
Scope
This policy explains how Dayroz Technologies handles personal information as a company — on this website, when you get in touch, and when we work with clients. Our apps and products each collect different things and are covered by their own policies, published with the product.
Information we hold
- What you send us. If you email us or call us, we keep what you put in it — typically your name, email, what you're building and your rough timeline and budget — so we can reply and keep a record. The project form on this site does not store anything: it opens your own email application with the brief filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. If that changes we will say so here before it does.
- Website visits. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits — it sets no cookies, stores no personal data and does not follow you across sites, so there is no consent banner and no profile of you to build. We see aggregate page views, referrers and countries, plus one custom event recording that someone interacted with a demo on a case-study page. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking beyond that. Our host keeps ordinary web logs (IP address, request time, user agent, errors) short-term for security and debugging, and your browser stores your light/dark preference locally.
- Client and project material. During an engagement we may be given access to a client's systems, data, accounts or credentials, and we may hold documents and material shared with us to do the work.
How we use it
To answer you, to deliver and support work we've been engaged for, to keep our own business records, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Nothing else.
How we handle client data
Access is limited to the people doing the work and used only for that work. We do not copy data out beyond what the work needs, we keep it confidential, and we hand it back or destroy it when the engagement ends. Where a contract or NDA sets stricter terms, those terms win. Work shown in our portfolio is published only with the client's agreement, or with identifying details removed.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to operate — hosting, email and the analytics above — and only as part of delivering the service. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, we do not use client data to train models or to build our own products, and we disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
Keeping it
We keep correspondence and business records while they are relevant and for as long as tax and company law requires, then delete them. Client material follows the engagement, as described above.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — write to info@dayroz.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note the new effective date above.
