01 The product
Bunyad sets out to be the operating system for Pakistan’s construction economy — one network where homeowners, contractors, suppliers, architects, developers and skilled labour find each other and transact.
The site has to argue a position before it sells a product: that discovery today runs on sifarish and referral, and that merit and ratings would serve the industry better. It walks through five connected modules and an intelligence layer, then addresses each of the six stakeholder groups on its own terms.
