Dayroz Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026 · applies to the Dayroz mobile app and Dayroz Web

1. Who we are

Dayroz is built and operated by Dayroz Technologies, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using the Dayroz app or Dayroz Web, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

  • Most of Dayroz works without an account. An account is only needed for the personal, sync-backed tools.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.
  • One account per person; you must provide a valid email address.

3. Your content

What you create in Dayroz — to-dos, notes, records, the files you attach — is yours. We store it only to provide the service (syncing it between your devices) and claim no ownership over it. Delete your account and it is permanently removed (see the Dayroz Privacy Policy).

4. Health tools are not medical advice

The cycle and pregnancy trackers, medication reminders, Treatment Journey, BMI and similar tools are for your own record-keeping. Predicted dates, fertile windows and reminders are estimates, not diagnoses or contraception, and a missed or late reminder is possible. Nothing in Dayroz is medical advice — talk to a qualified professional for that, and never change treatment based on what the app shows.

5. Sharing records with other people

If you share a Treatment Journey with someone, you are choosing to give that person read access to those records. Check the email address before you send an invite, and revoke access when it is no longer needed. We can't undo what a recipient has already seen.

6. Informational data — no guarantees

Dayroz aggregates public information: currency, gold and market rates, fuel prices, prayer times, weather, loadshedding schedules, bill amounts, train and flight timings, parcel tracking and similar. This is provided for convenience, as-is. Sources can be delayed or wrong; always confirm with official sources before financial or time-critical decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on this data.

7. Downloading media

The media saver is for content you have the right to keep — your own posts, or ones the platform and their creator allow you to save. You are responsible for respecting copyright and the source platform's own terms. The status saver only reads files already on your phone.

8. Fair use

  • Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its API.
  • Don't use Dayroz for anything unlawful.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

9. Ads

The mobile app is supported by ads through Google AdMob: full-screen ads between actions, and rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for a feature benefit. There are no banner ads. Where the law requires it you are asked for consent first, and you can change that answer in Settings → Ad privacy.

10. Third-party sites in the app

Arcade games, vehicle verification and e-challan portals open third-party websites inside the app. We don't control them, don't endorse them, and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of what you enter there.

11. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Dayroz up, but the service is provided without uptime guarantees and features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayroz Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
